Lab and pathology

Test orders should flow from the doctor or reception to the lab without paper. The lab enters results into report templates, the system checks them, and the report is ready to print or send. Reference ranges and abnormal values should be highlighted automatically.

Pharmacy inventory

Medicines expire, run out and go missing. A pharmacy module tracks stock by batch and expiry date, warns before stock runs low, and links each sale to the patient or the counter. Purchase and supplier records keep the costs visible.

Billing and accounts

Every service, test, bed day and medicine should land on the patient's bill automatically. Discounts, advance payments, dues and refunds need clear rules and an audit trail. At the end of the day, cash and digital collections should match the system to the taka, dollar or pound.

Doctor scheduling and appointments

Doctors' schedules, chambers and appointment slots, visible to reception and, ideally, bookable by patients themselves. Fewer phone calls, and fewer patients waiting for a doctor who is not in.
