Book a free call or send us a short brief. We ask a few questions, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed price or monthly rate. Work starts when you approve it.
We are based in Bangladesh (GMT+6). Our working day overlaps with mornings in Europe and evenings in North America, and we schedule calls at a time that suits you.
You get a shared channel (Slack, Teams or WhatsApp), a weekly demo of working software and a short written update. You always know what was done, what is next and what we need from you.
Process
You do. The code, designs and documentation we create for you are yours, and the repository can live in your own GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps account from the first day.
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA, or ours, before you share any details about your project.
We stay with you for fixes and improvements, and we offer monthly maintenance plans for monitoring, backups, updates and small changes.
Pricing
Defined projects get a fixed price based on an agreed scope. Ongoing work is billed monthly (a dedicated developer) or hourly for small tasks. Every proposal states the price before work starts.
Projects are split into milestones and you pay for a milestone when it is delivered and approved. We confirm the payment options available to you in the proposal.
Yes. A dedicated developer works full time on your product, joins your stand-ups and uses your tools. You can scale the team up or down month by month.
Security
Yes. Our engineers use AI coding assistants to work faster, but every change is reviewed by a senior developer and tested before it is merged. If your policy restricts AI tools, we follow it on your project.
